We realize that some companies will give phone estimates. Over the phone estimates are usually cheap but not very accurate.
We prefer to provide an exact price ( which will not change), not an estimate (that can change with the wind). When we know
exactly what the problem is we can quote an exact price. Sometimes this requires actual work, diagnostics or access to the
problem area. Just like your doctor having to run some tests before he tells you what is wrong or your mechanic hooking up
your engine to analysis equipment, we also have to determine what is wrong or where it is wrong before we can quote on repairing
the problem. For very simple repairs we may give you a price range over the phone in order to save you (and us) time and labor
charges.
